Registration Fee for Delegates covers

• Admission to scientific sessions and satellite symposia
• Admission to the Opening Ceremony and welcome reception (Thursday, 20 October)
• Admission to the welcome brunch (Friday, 21 October)
• Congress documents (final programme, abstracts in CD-rom, Congress bag)
• Admission to the closing ceremony (Monday, 24 October)
• Admission to the exhibition
• A transportation card that gives the 20th EADV Congress participants the possibility of using the Lisbon transportation services (metro and bus, tram services, elevators and cable cars) from Friday 21 October to Monday 24 October as well as access to the Congress Centre
The card also gives discounts for several museums and other places of interest. Detailed conditions can be found in the participants’ documentation

 > Reservations for the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception - though included in the registration, reservations must be included in the Registration Form. Otherwise, tickets will not be provided.

 > Registration Status

>> Acknowledgment E-mail - Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail automatically after a completion of your on-line registration & accommodation form

>> Confirmation E-mail & Invoice - Registration confirmation and invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within five (5) days after a completion of your on-line registration & accommodation form. If you have sent the written registration form the confirmation will be sent within ten (10) days.

  

 > Group Reservation

For information about group registration (minimum size of 10 participants), please contact the official registration agency (Mundiconvenius) at groups@eadvlisbon2011.org. For smaller groups (between 2 and 10 participants), you may complete the registration form.

 

 > Cancellation of Registration, Name Changes and Refunds

 
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by fax or email) to the Congress office according to the following policy:

• Up to 20 May 2011 the registration fee will be refunded at a handling fee of € 28 per person. After this date there will be no refund
• Name changes will be charged at € 20 per person
• Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when submitting your Registration Form. A fee of € 20 will be charged for the rewriting of invoices
• All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges may be deducted

> Methods of Payment

• By credit cards (American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa) on line. Whenever using the written Registration Form sent either by fax or e-mail, your card number, expiry date, security number, date and signature have to be indicated on the Registration Form
• By bank transfer. If you wish to use this method of payment (only available for registrations sent either by fax or mail), please contact the local organisers in order to receive the bank details. A bank fee of € 10 will be charged for every transfer. Please note that this option will only be available until 10 September, 2011.
• On-site payments can also be made in cash

> Late Registration Fee
The late registration fee will apply for any forms received between 21 May and 20 September 2011
Deadline for pre-registration is 20 September 2011
Registrations after 20 September 2011 will be processed and paid on-site

 

IMPORTAN NOTES

Participants submitting and paying their registration as non-members will not be entitled to reimburse­ment if, at a later stage, they become members

Participants registering onsite will not be entitled to any reduction.

> Fellowships
Application close: 27 April 2011

The Local Organising Committee of the 20th EADV Congress will offer 300 grants of reduced registration fee  (i.e. € 100) to Dermatologists / Venereologists whose economic means are not otherwise supported, to attend the above mentioned Congress, 20 – 24 October 2011, Lisbon, Portugal.
Fellowships are assigned to individuals only. Companies or travel agencies are not eligible for fellowships. Block bookings are also not eligible for this type of support. Should you wish to apply for a grant, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to
