 Book on line on the Congress registration form.

 
 Internet booking is preferred by the organisers and will save the participants time and effort. In this case payment by credit card will be automatic

 Participants may also send the request by fax (+351 21 355 80 02)

In this particular case, the request has to be accompanied by payment (bank transfer document – upon getting the appropriate details - or credit card details as described). Otherwise it will not be considered

 Room allocation will be made on a first-come-first served basis in order of preference for hotel choice

 To guarantee the hotel reservation, a minimum of 2 nights in a row is required

 To avoid double charges please send the form only once!



> When to book a room

 In each hotel a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved for Congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation of the preferred hotel. 

 Deadline for hotel reservations is 20 August 2011.



> Method of payment

 Full payment is due at the time of the reservation and must be made in Euros, without charges for the beneficiary (net of all costs to the beneficiary) either by credit card or bank transfer. In this later case, participants are requested to contact the organisers 
 A reservation fee of € 20 per room will be applied 



> Cancellation policy and no shows

 Up to 20 May 2011 - full reimbursement less a handling fee of € 35 per room 
 Up to 20 August 2011 - reimbursement less the room cost of 2 nights 
 After20 August - no reimbursement
 No show – no reimbursement 



> Changes in hotel reservations

A fee of € 30 will be applied to every change in the hotel reservation
